Helping beauty talent build careers that last.

From Chair to Boss LIVE was created to address a real challenge in beauty: 1 in 3 beauty students never graduate, and 7 in 10 new beauty professionals leave the industry within their first three years.

On September 28, 2026, more than 1,200 beauty professionals, students, educators, brands, speakers and industry leaders came together at Hilton Oak Brook Hills for a day focused on education, business, career possibilities, connection and entrepreneurship.

Attendees heard real stories, gained practical business strategies, explored multiple paths within beauty and watched the live finale of the Dreams to Dollars $70K Challenge.
