The Dreams to Dollars $70K Challenge is your chance to take your vision beyond the dream stage and turn it into a real business plan for your future. Created for aspiring beauty, barber, and wellness professionals, this competition challenges students and recent graduates to build a 3-year plan showing how they will generate $70,000+ in annual service revenue by their third year licensed, then bring that vision to life through a video pitch.
Three finalists will be selected to pitch live on stage at From Chair to Boss Live on Monday, September 28 at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center, where they will present their plan and answer judge questions in real time.
Winners will receive cash prizes of $5,000 for 1st place, $2,000 for 2nd place, and $1,000 for 3rd place.
